This all started seven years ago. I was enjoying a game of golf and dodging  geese as I walked the fairways of a local golf course and gingerly sidestepping the mess of poop left behind by these large nuisance birds.  Suddenly, without warning, an osprey swoops down on the flock of geese sending them scurrying in all directions.
